Vehicle Vs. Bicycle Crash Turns Into Robbery #GVCopBeat
The Grand Junction Police Department is investigating an incident in which a woman riding a bicycle was hit by a car at Gunnison Ave. and North 25th St.
At approximately 11:00 p.m. the woman was struck by a white Subaru, which subsequently fled the area. The female victim was then approached by a male who removed personal items from the woman and fled on foot. It is believed the male was associated with the involved vehicle.
The male was described as approximately 6 feet tall with a medium build, brown hair, and wearing dark clothing.
