The transparency demonstrated by the Grand Junction PD is refreshing. I can tell you this level of information is never available concerning officer involved shootings in Nevada.

Prayers for Officer Donohue. I hope you can find peace in the knowledge that you did what you had to do to keep your oath to protect the community you serve. Lethal force is a decision never taken lightly, but you have the support of your community!

Why does this officers picture need to be posted all over. He was doing his job and should receive a metal for work.

May you find peace in knowing that you did what was needed to keep the community safe and protect the people that were in danger. I can’t imagine the things that our law enforcement have to see and face every day but I am truly grateful for your commitment to our community.

I worked in Fresno police department year’s ago and I know that police work is very stressful more today compared in 80s. This police officer was doing his job. He most likely saved more lives and most officers don’t even live a long life because of stress. Our community all need to stand behind officer Donohue. Sandra
